Life Extension One-Per-Day Tablets It is our contention that to achieve the best possible benefits from dietary supplements, sufficient potencies of active ingredients must be taken on a consistent basis. When we formulated the first version of Life Extension Mix in 1983, some people balked at having to swallow nine tablets to obtain the recommended daily dose.
