Dosage and Use
Take two capsules in the morning and two capsules in the evening with food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Caution
Some of the ingredients in ArthroMax™ (such as nobiletin) have been shown to affect total cholesterol, LDL, and triglyceride levels. If your total cholesterol levels are below 160 mg/dL, you might not want to use this product. Cholesterol that is too low is considered unhealthy by Life Extension. ArthroMax™ may help you to maintain cholesterol that is already within the normal range. Do not make this decision without first having your blood tested and then checking with your doctor.
