L-glutathione is a naturally occurring sulfur containing amino acid tripeptide, consisting of three amino acids: L-cysteine, L-glutamic acid and glycine. L-glutathione is the most biologically active and soluble form of L-cysteine. L-glutathione functions as a powerful antioxidant. L-glutathione, like vitamin C, is a strong reducing agent that enhances the effectiveness of L-cysteine by keeping L-cysteine in its reduced and soluble form.

Suggested use for this product:
As a dietary supplement, three to six capsules daily, between meals are recommended.
