Glycine is a conditionally
essential amino acid. Glycine is the chemically simplest and most ubiquitous
of all the amino acids and combines with many toxic substances, converting
them to harmless forms which are then excreted. Glycine relieves anxiety,

Dosage and
use
One gram (1000
mg) or more may be used as needed since glycine is nontoxic.
