Powder
Used
with other bioflavonoids to help strengthen capillaries
100 gm powder, Code 139, $21.95
Bioflavonoids are
water-soluble compounds present in citrus fruits, rosehips and other
plants. In humans, bio-flavonoids maintain resistance of capillary walls
to permeation and change of pressure, and have synergistic antioxidant
effects with vitamin C.
Rutin is a flavonol,
a subclass of the flavonoids found in concentration in buckwheat. It
is often used along with other bioflavonoids to help strengthen capillaries.
It may be particularly helpful for those who bruise or bleed easily.
