Aromatherapy Properties
Strengthening the senses; has been known to help enhance memory. This Sage is for use by experienced Aromatherapists only.

Suggested Use
For use by an experienced Aromatherapist only. If not certain, choose Clary Sage as a milder alternative.
Add up to 12 drops of Aromaland's Sensitive Skin or Indulgence Blends (which contain Sage) to 1oz. of unscented body care product.

Add a few drops of Aromaland's Breathe Easy Blend (which contains Sage) to a bowl of hot water for a steam treatment that helps ease respiratory problems. This blend is also great for the sauna.

Blends Well With
Citrus oils, Lavender/Lavandin, Rosemary, Rosewood, Hyssop.

History
Long history of a culinary and medicinal plant. However, the oil contains high levels of thujone and needs to be handled with expertise. Common ingredient in oral care products, hair care, shampoos, antiperspirants. Also used to flavor Vermouth and other beverages and meat products.

Specific Safety Information
Avoid during pregnancy. Not appropriate for epileptic and people with high blood pressure. GRAS (Generally Regarded As Safe) approved by the FDA as food flavor. Use in low concentration only. This oil is for use by experienced aromatherapists, others should choose Clary Sage or a readily blended synergy.
