gas, and excessive mucus. Fennel Seed helps to suppress the appetite,
stabilizes the nervous systems, and acts as a mild sedative. Soothes
the digestive system and cleans the bladder, kidneys, and liver. Fennel
Seed is used to prevent griping when strong laxatives are indicated.
The cool tea can be used externally as an eyewash.
Use 6-12 drops
in juice, water, under the tongue or as desired. May be taken 3 times
daily. Shake well. Store in cool dark place. Keep out of reach of children.
