Native to India, this tree is also widespread in the Middle East and North Africa. Boswellia has a long history of use in folk medicine as a remedy for several inflammatory diseases, such as arthritis and bursitis. It is also prescribed for such conditions as respiratory diseases and diarrhea. Boswellia resin is made up of essential oils, gum, and chemical compounds called terpenoids researchers will be paying particular attention to these terpenoids, which are generally believed to be the medicinally active parts of this resin.

Ingredients
Boswellia, R/O Water, 12% Alcohol

Methodology
Use 6-12 drops in juice, water, under the tongue or as desired. May be taken 3 times daily. Shake well. Store in cool dark place. Keep out of reach of children.
