Description From Herbal Descriptions by Truman Berst: #3631 WILD INDIGO (Baptisia tinctotia) Uses: Use externally as an antiseptic wash for wounds and skin problems. Taken internally, it causes vomiting and purging. Description: Wild Indigo is antiseptic, astringent, emetic, purgative, and stimulant. Methodology: Use 6-12 drops in juice, water, under the tongue or as desired. May be taken 3 times daily. Shake well. Store in cool dark place. Keep out of reach of children.
