The CompAir Elite is on, but nebulizes weakly. What would
cause this?
Make sure the nebulizer kit is seated correctly in the Main Unit of the
NE-C21 and that the air tubing connection is free of obstruction. The
nebulizer should be in an upright position during use. Do not tilt beyond
30º. Check whether the nebulizer is empty. You may need to clean
or replace the nebulizer kit. Check the air filter to see if it's dirty

What material is the pediatric mask used with

Why does the Omron CompAir Elite shut down when
the indicator light turns red?
The NE-C21 CompAir Elite has an internal thermal switch to protect the
unit from overheating. The thermal protector has been activated because
the device has been operating beyond the operating conditions indicated
in your instruction manual, or the device has been operating near heat
sources, or in hot environments. Turn the unit off for at least 20 minutes
to allow the unit to cool down. Wait until the red light turns off and
