Orders placed by 4:00 pm EST are generally processed and shipped out
on the same day (Monday-Friday). Orders placed after 4:00 pm EST are
generally processed and shipped out by the next business day.

Barring a few exceptions, orders will be shipped UPS or Fed Ex Ground,
1-5 business days.

All orders have a flat $5.95 shipping rate no matter how large the
package. Customers also have the option of having their package sent
Next Day Air for an additional $13.

Since we use UPS and Fed Ex we ask that you provide a physical address
instead of a PO Box. However we can ship to APO/FPO Military addresses
and to U.S. Territories.
Returns
Policy
Your
credit card will be fully refunded for unopened items that are returned
in fair condition within 60 days of purchase. Returns will also be
accepted within 30 days of recipt for items that were damaged upon
arrival. Please include a copy of the sales invoice or order number
when returning items.
We
cover shipping charges on returned Items only if the item arrives
at the designated shipping address defective or damaged. We do not
cover shipping charges on Items that are returned due to "buyer
remorse."
Although
Health Marketplace makes every effort to carry the highest quality
health products available, we cannot guarantee any specific results
from their use.
