Suggested Use

  • Oral dosage for adults and children over 15 years of age: One capsule daily taken at bedtime or when needed with 8 ounces of water, juice or beverage of choice.
  • Do not take more than one capsule in 24 hours.
  • Consult a physician before administering to children under 15 years of age

 

Caution

  • Do not use if you have abdominal pain or diarrhea.
